Computer Associate Anti Virus What To Do With Computer Virus?

What to do with computer virus? - computer associate anti virus

According to Computer Associates anti-virus, I have 3 viruses on my computer. It is a quarantine, but to do nothing for the other two.
I am not computer savvy ... What can I do? How big? Do I have something to quarantine only one or two non-quarantine?
Infections are WIN32/VMalum.FHRP & WIN32/VMalum.FHRO.
